International shipping: Rates vary and can be viewed in the shopping cart. Shipping method (certified mail or standard package) will be determined based on weight.

Mainland Spain Orders
We will process your order within 24 business hours and ship it via CORREOS EXPRESS for prompt delivery. During busy periods such as product launches or sales, there might be a slight delay, and delivery may take slightly longer than 48 hours. However, we will make every effort to meet the specified deadlines.

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla Orders
We will process your order within 24-48 business hours and ship it via Correos España using the STANDARD PACKAGE service. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 days (except for the Balearic Islands, which may take approximately 2-5 days), although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and are not responsible for any delays that may occur. However, we will always strive to assist you in any way we can. The shipping costs include the export DUA required by customs. Please note that upon delivery, you may be required to pay the import DUA and/or the IGIC. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Europe and Rest of the World Orders
We will process your order within 24-48 business hours and ship it via certified mail. Depending on the destination and weight of the package, transit time can range from 5 days to 3 weeks. Please note that due to the current situation related to Covid, there may be slight delays.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, and you will be able to see the cost in your cart before making the payment.
Please be aware that delivery times for shipments outside of Spain may vary due to factors beyond Lora Bailora's control. Therefore, we are not responsible for any possible delays in estimated shipping times, losses, damages during transportation, or any additional storage or customs expenses. You have the option to purchase insurance for your order at the time of placing it.
*A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 60 days. If this period elapses and you have not received your order, please contact us, and we will initiate a claim. We are not responsible for any charges related to the loss, such as storage fees or customs fees.
*We are not responsible for any expenses incurred during the delivery of your package, such as customs taxes.
*If the package arrives damaged, you must notify the delivery person at the time of delivery to validate any subsequent claim that needs to be made. Failure to do so may void your option to file a claim.
