SHIPPING RATES
Peninsula: Up to €49.99 for €2.99 Correos Express package 24h/48h*.
Canary Islands: Up to €99.99 for €9.95 Correos Standard Package.
Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Up to €99.99 for €5.95 Correos Standard Package.
International: According to rate. You will be able to see it in the cart. Certified mail or standard package based on weight.

Orders mainland Spain
We will prepare your order within 24 business hours and send it by CORREOS EXPRESS so that you can receive it as soon as possible. It is possible that in times of a lot of work such as launches or sales, we may suffer some delay and the delivery may take a little more than 48 hours, but we will do everything possible to meet the deadlines

Canary, Balearic, Ceuta and Melilla orders
We prepare your order within 24/48 business hours and send it via Correos España with STANDARD PACKAGE. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days, (except in the case of the Balearic Islands, which will be approximately 2-5 days) but we cannot guarantee a delivery date and we are not responsible for any delay that may occur, although we will always try to help you. The shipping costs include the export DUA that customs require. Regardless of this, as you know, it is likely that when making the delivery they will request the payment of the import DUA and/or the IGIC. If you have any questions, contact us.
Orders Europe and rest of the world
We prepare your order within 24/48 business hours and send it by certified mail. Depending on the destination and weight of the package, the transit time can be between 5 days and 3 weeks. Please keep in mind that given the current situation derived from Covid, it may take a little longer.
The rate is calculated based on the weight and measurements of the package and you will be able to see the cost in the cart before making the payment.
Please keep in mind that delivery times for shipments outside of Spain may vary depending on factors beyond Lora Bailora's control, so we are not responsible for possible delays in estimated shipping times. Neither of the possible losses or damages caused during transport nor of extra storage or customs expenses. You can choose the option of contracting insurance when placing your order.
* A package is considered lost when it has not been delivered within 60 days. If this period expires and you have not received your order, please contact us and we will proceed to claim the package. We are not responsible for possible charges derived from the loss (storage, customs...).
* We are not responsible for possible expenses generated in the delivery of your package (customs taxes, etc...).
* If the package arrives damaged, you must notify the delivery person at the time of delivery so that they can validate the subsequent claim that we must make. In case of not doing so, there will be no option to claim.
